You will also enjoy a complimentary beach set up of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas March 1 – October 31st and you have your own beach to enjoy them on without having to go find Public Access points down the road (see “Private Beach Access” notes below for further info).

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: Go through the gate in the backyard and then around the right side of the last house on the right called Barefoot Dreams. Your ‘beach’ is (west) of Barefoot Dreams home. This is less than a 2 minute walk. Beach Service available November 1 – February 28 for an additional fee (with the exception of Holidays).
POOL HEAT: A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st – April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if temperatures are below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 – October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.
You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.
